We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Money Order, and Bank Transfer. To pay via bank transfer please contact us and we'll email you the account details. Please note that there will be a fee for International bank transfers, which varies depending on your bank.

We do accept layaway orders online or by calling our sales department. For the layaway plan, we require 30% deposit for the order. The full amount has to be paid within 90 days. Once the full payment is received the dress, will be shipped! If you have any questions regarding the layaway plan please contact us!

Our system uses real-time industry standard secure technology to thwart any attacks. We've invested much effort to ensure that our systems are virtually impenetrable. We do not store payment information on our servers. Once a credit card has been authorized or disapproved by our processor, we discard the credit card information. The connection between your computer and our systems for the purpose of filling our forms (such your name, address, and payment at checkout) is always encrypted through industrial-strength SSL algorithms. When you enter secure portions of our site, you'll see the http:// turn into https:// in the URL. Depending on your browser, you may see other enhanced security markings (such as a golden lock in Firefox and IE).

Once you place your order, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the order total. The charge does not go through and withdraw the funds until the item ships out to you. 

If we issue you a refund, the funds will appear on your statement within 5-7 business days

Many of our dresses are in stock and available for immediate shipment. To find out the exact availability of a particular dress, just select the size and color you would like to order and the availability will appear. The availability on the site is almost always accurate, but in rare cases if there are any issues we will contact you immediately. If you are having trouble finding a dress that will get to you in time for your date please contact us and we’ll help you to find a perfect option.

We are authorized retailers for the companies listed in our website and we only sale 100% Authentic and brand new products. If you would like to verify, you can do so by vising the designer pages.

We have provided the official size charts from each designers we work with under each product. It is always best and strongly recommended that you choose a larger size if you are in between sizes. Please use the measurement guide below to take accurate measurements.

We can help you make changes to your order after placing your order.Please use the contact us form to send us your request on any changes you need to your order.  Once your item is shipped it will not be possible to make any changes!

If you find the same dress from the same designer at a lower price then what’s listed on mydressline.com we will beat that price by 10%. Must be from an Authorized retailer in exact color and size. 

We would have to get the link to the product which must be from an Authorized retailer in new condition in the same color and size. We do not guarantee any pricing on auction products or used or FAKE dresses from China. 

Which carrier will ship my item?

Most of our packages are shipped via UPS for domestic shipments. International shipments are shipped using DHL, UPS and or USPS (EMS).

What shipping options are available?

We offer free ground shipping to the contagious US on full priced dresses.  Expedited shipping options are available. 
All time frames are given in business days (M-F). We do not ship on Holidays.  We are not responsible for any delay that may be caused due to bad weather or Shipping carrier technical issues.

  • UPS Ground is 3-5 Business Days 
  • UPS 3 Day Select is 3 Business Days
  • UPS 2 Day Select is 2 Business Days
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver is Next Day by 8pm
  • UPS Next Day Air is Next Day by Noon 
  • PO box and APO shipping will be done using USPS Priority Express which takes 1-2 business days for delivery for PO box deliveries and 5-7 for APO. 
  • Free Ground shipping is 3-5 business days

How long does it take to ship items out?

Select the size and color on the dress page and it will give you the ship date of the item. In stock dresses are shipped within 1-3 business days. Anything marked “Contact us for availability” means the ship date of the dress needs to be checked.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally outside the United States. Please add 1-3 business days for handling time to the delivery time frame below.

  • USPS Priority Express 7-14 business days
  • USPS Priority up to 21 days
  • Free International shipping is USPS Priority 21 days delivery no exceptions

Note to International buyers. 

Customers will be responsible for any and all additional shipping charges once the dress arrives in your country such as taxes and duties. The shipping charges and options are calculated for you during checkout based on your shipping address, please keep in mind, these do NOT include the duties and taxes. Shipping to certain countries may not be available at all times due to circumstances beyond our control

We are happy to be able to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the US.

Free shipping is offered by Ground Shipping in the US and usually arrives within 1 to 5 business days.

We can also mark your package as a gift, if the dress purchased is a gift.

Any additional Custom fees are paid by the buyer. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing all your tracking information which can be used to track the package. Your order details on the website will also have the tracking information which again can be used to track the package from our web site.

We will do our best to ship all dresses in one package. However, in some cases items purchased from different designers might be shipped separately.

Return Policy:  We only do exchange for sizing for the same exact dress for a larger or a smaller size. Buyer is responsible to ship the dress back and provide tracking information for the return shipment.  We will charge an exchange shipping fee based on the buyer’s requested shipping method for Domestic and International shipments. Return Shipping fee can be calculated using the Shipping Calculator located on every product page.

If the exchange size for a dress is not available, a store credit will be given for the full amount of the dress. Store credit does not expire.

NO returns are accepted. Each dress is inspected before being shipped out to insure perfect condition. We have implemented this policy to make sure that each single dress we sale is brand new.

  1. Special or Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE no exemptions.
  2. Sale items are FINAL SALE no exemptions.
  3. Items delivered for more than 15 days do not qualify for exchange.

Refused Packages

If you refuse a package we will treat it as a return and issue you a store credit for the cost of the item. The shipping fee will also be deducted from the store credit

Contact us at info@mydressline.com to request an RA number to initiate the exchange process. Please provide us with the order number.

All orders above $250 are signature required shipments.
