Which carrier will ship my item?
Most of our packages are shipped via UPS Of FedEx for domestic shipments. International shipments are shipped using DHL, UPS, FedEx International Priority and or USPS (EMS).
What shipping options are available?
We offer FREE ground shipping to the contagious US on full priced dresses. Expedited shipping options are available.
All time frames are given in business days (M-F). We do not ship on Holidays. We are not responsible for any delay that may be caused due to bad weather or Shipping carrier technical issues.

- UPS 3 Day Select is 3 Business Days
- UPS 2 Day Select is 2 Business Days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver is Next Day by 8pm
- UPS Next Day Air is Next Day by Noon
- PO box and APO shipping will be done using USPS Priority Express which takes 1-2 business days for delivery for PO box deliveries and 5-7 for APO.
- Free Ground shipping is 3-5 business days
How long does it take to ship items out?
Select the size and color on the dress page and it will give you the ship date of the item. In stock dresses are shipped within 1-3 business days. Anything marked “Contact us for availability” and or “Available to Order. Shipping Date Varies” means the ship date of the dress needs to be checked.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally outside the United States. Please add 1-3 business days for handling time to the delivery time frame below.
We offer Free USPS Express International Shipping for orders over $500. If you like Express International Shipping, please use our shipping calculator to calculate price and time for delivery.
We can also mark your package as a gift, if the dress purchased is a gift.

Customers will be responsible for any and all additional shipping charges once the dress arrives in your country such as taxes and duties. The shipping charges and options are calculated for you during checkout based on your shipping address, please keep in mind, these do NOT include the duties and taxes. Shipping to certain countries may not be available at all times due to circumstances beyond our control
You can purchase Kover Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Kover Return Assurance, your purchase is final sale with the exception of our exchange/store credit option. See our policy below for more details. Return Policy: We only do exchange for sizing for the same exact dress for a larger or a smaller size. Buyer is responsible to ship the dress back and provide tracking information for the return shipment. We will charge an exchange shipping fee based on the buyer’s requested shipping method for Domestic and International shipments. Return Shipping fee can be calculated using the Shipping Calculator located on every product page.
If the exchange size for a dress is not available, a store credit will be given for the full amount of the dress. Store credit does not expire.
NO returns are accepted. Each dress is inspected before being shipped out to insure perfect condition. We have implemented this policy to make sure that each single dress we sale is brand new.
- Special or Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE no exemptions.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE no exemptions.
- Items delivered for more than 15 days do not qualify for exchange.
If you refuse a package we will treat it as a return and issue you a store credit for the cost of the item. The shipping fee will also be deducted from the store credit

Get peace of mind while shopping when you add Kover Return Assurance.
You’ll have the option to return eligible items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. If you don’t add Return Assurance, you may still have the option to receive store credit or exchange the item depending on the standard return policy (for full details see
https://www.mydressline.com/return-policy). We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply (for instance, orders from outside the United States or orders with a total merchandise value of greater than $1000 USD are excluded).
The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item(s).
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Kover confirmation email and submit your return at https://kover.ai/return/portal/.
Kover will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct the standard $12 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
