Setting Up an Account
When you place an order on our site or log-in as a user, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an online customer profile form. This information includes your name, mailing address, telephone number, shipping address(es), email address, a password. We do not save your payment information. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status by email. When you return to the site and place another order, if you use your password, we use this information to provide you with access to your customer profile, any wish list that you may have created reminders, special member offers and order information. We save your address for future shipping.
Wish List Information
We also ask you for personally identifiable information about other people you are sending gifts to. We use this information only to ship your gifts and, if you request it, to send each gift recipient an email notification of the gift.
Information collected by product reviews
We offer you the opportunity to use a nickname for product reviews. If you choose to post messages in our product reviews section, we collect the messages you post and use information you provide to improve our site and our products and services.
If you send personal correspondence to our Customer Service department, such as emails or letters, or if others send correspondence to our Customer Service department about your activities or postings on the site, we collect the information so that we can provide comprehensive customer service.
A cookie is information that we send back to your computer. Your browser stores cookies on your computer's hard drive to give you a unique ID. Each time you visit our site using your computer, the cookie allows us to recognize your computer as the one we delivered the cookie to. Sharing gathered information

When you first place an order and set up your customer profile, we offer a selection of special interest categories for you to indicate your interests and preferences. We will automatically send you information on upcoming new products and special offers we think you’ll be interested in based on the interests and preferences you indicate and on your purchase history. You can return to your customer profile at any time to modify your selections at Update Profile.
Updating Your Personal Information
You can check your personal information in your customer profile by navigating to Update Profile on our site. If any of this information is incorrect, you can make appropriate changes. Protecting our Customers' Information
Mydressline is committed to online data security. Although total security does not exist on the Internet, we take reasonable steps to work towards assuring the secure storage of your information. We utilize industry standard efforts, such as firewalls, Secure Socket Layers and encryption software, to protect the transmission of information. We store information relating to our customers on servers that are kept in a secure environment. While we use Secure Socket Layer encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also seek to protect your information offline by only allowing certain authorized employees to access your information.
