Domestic US Return Policy

Return Policy:  We only do exchange for sizing for the same exact dress for a larger or a smaller size. Buyer is responsible to ship the dress back and provide tracking information for the return shipment.  We will charge an exchange shipping fee based on the buyer’s requested shipping method for Domestic and International shipments. Return Shipping fee can be calculated using the Shipping Calculator located on every product page.

If the exchange size for a dress is not available, a store credit will be given for the full amount of the dress. Store credit does not expire.

NO returns are accepted. Each dress is inspected before being shipped out to insure perfect condition. We have implemented this policy to make sure that each single dress we sale is brand new.

  1. Special or Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE no exemptions.
  2. Sale items are FINAL SALE no exemptions
  3. Items delivered for more than 15 days do not qualify for size exchange.

Refused Packages

If you refuse a package we will treat it as a return and issue you a store credit for the cost of the item minus 15% restocking fee. The shipping fee will also be deducted from the store credit
