Mydressline.com wants you to be a happy customer! Unfortunately we do not accept returns. This is the norm in this business as we do our best to protect our customers from getting a worn dress. We inspect all merchandise before shipments, but accidents do happen during shipping and if your dress is damaged when you receive it, please contact us the day you receive it for a return label and we will replace the item. Cancellation can ONLY be done if the order has NOT been shipped out. If the order is shipped we can not cancel your order.
If you refuse a package we will treat it as a return and issue you a store credit for the cost of the item. The shipping fee will also be deducted from the store credit.
